We are a Venezuelan company
With a projection in the international market, dedicated to provide high-value integral technical solutions in the development of projects for the coastal marine sector. We have executed projects across the spectrum of professional engineering and construction services, covering the stages of: design, procurement, execution of work; integral project management, up to start-up; maintenance and specialized technical assistance.
We were established in 2002
Established by Sergio Elena, Mechanical Engineer of the Simón Bolívar University of Venezuela; lover of the sea and with great experience in underwater work, product of a successful career as diving instructor and industrial diving professiona. We started the service provision in the repair of submarine aqueducts and aqueducts in carbon steel, for Hydrological companies and the Ministry of the Environment of Venezuela. We carry out various inspections, installations and repairs of underwater pipelines. In 2004, we decided to undertake a long research work on High Density Polyethylene Submarine Pipe Technologies (HDPE). This research initiative quickly became a great technological contribution for Venezuela, achieving in less than 6 years, change the direction of the specifications with which now are projected in our country underwater pipelines for the sector of aqueducts, outlets and outfalls, using the HDPE as the option that offers the best advantages.

We have a team of engineering professionals and various areas of business support, as well as an important trajectory in the execution of underwater pipeline projects in Venezuela and abroad, which gives us a Pioneering character in the facilities of the same. in the country and a recognition of experts in various Latin American countries.
