SERGIO ELENA  

Mechanical Engineer

Graduated from Simón Bolívar University (Caracas-Venezuela). He is a diving instructor for three international agencies (PADI / SSI / CMAS-FVAS) and industrial diver (INCE). Graduated in the Advanced Management Program of the IESA (PAG-75). He has executed various underwater projects for the construction and maintenance of aqueducts and emissaries in high density polyethylene (HDPE) and steel. He has served as Director and General Manager of ELINSUBCA since 2002. Extensive experience in the design and installation of high density polyethylene underwater pipelines, for: Sewage Treatment System for Submarine Emissaries (SIDES), Submarine Aqueducts and Tomas Submarines Co-founder of the PLAYAS100% LIMPIAS Social Responsibility Program, inherent to sanitation and sustainable development of beach environments in Venezuela.

FREDDY GUERRA  

Mechanical Engineer

Graduated as Mechanical Engineer and with a specialization in Project Management from Simón Bolívar University (Caracas-Venezuela). Since his beginnings as a professional he has been linked to projects in the mechanical and civil disciplines, specifically in the following areas: design of mechanical structures, prototypes and technology innovation; developing their skills in coordination and later in Project Management. He has participated in strategic planning sessions and in management areas; Assuming the direction, control and execution of projects linked to aqueducts, outfalls and submarine water intakes in high density polyethylene pipes.

ALEJANDRO RAMOS 

Civil Engineer

Specialized in the area of hydrology, with 28 years of experience in engineering and construction projects in the civil area, Environmental Impact Studies, Environmental Audits, and other environmental studies for private and state companies in different parts of the country. Alejandro stands out in the design of environmental protection measures such as impact control of investment projects. He has been a teacher in “Mechanics of Fluids and Hydrology” courses at the Andrés Bello Catholic University (Post-degree in Environmental Engineering). He is currently an independent consultant in the areas of civil and hydraulic engineering for various consulting companies and in the area of hydrology and climatology for various environmental companies.
