Scope: Construction of the Submarine Emissary of the Proeba-Eveba Food Processing Plant.
The Eveba group, made up of marine food processing plants, has among its main producers the company AGROINDUSTRIAL PROEBA who produces canned sardines and pepitonas, as well as fishmeal, located in Chacopata, Sucre State.
To achieve that liquid effluents from the plant, already treated by the dissolved air flotation method, can be discharged to the receiving marine environment without affecting it, the construction project of a pumping station and the submarine outfall was carried out.
In the Work, 1735 meters of high density polyethylene pipe of 200 mm diameter were installed.
The scope of this work was:
- Manufacture of 550 reinforced concrete anchors to ballast the pipeline.
- Conditioning of the land where the pipeline was welded and thrown into the sea.
- Hot melt welding of HDPE pipe, pneumatic test, launch, transfer and collapse.
- Manufacture, launch, transfer and collapse of diffuser with 4 outlets of 75 mm each and body of 6.5 meters in length.
- Ditch and burial of 500 meters of HDPE pipe length inside the seabed.
